„Information: A Fundamental Construct“ by Robert B. Allen is a comprehensive textbook intended as a survey of the fields of information science, information systems, informatics, and information management. It is targeted to a first course for graduate students but it could also be used as survey of information science for computer science students or as an introduction to informatics for undergraduates.
