Dear EBLIDA member,
We would like to inform you that the LiBri webinar series, which consisted of 10 online sessions around the topic of the integration of migrants, is now available on EBLIDA’s website and YouTube channel. Webinar topics ranged from the LiBri tools and resources to trauma-sensitive approaches, to advocacy and fundraising. We hope these resources are useful to you in your work.
With April approaching its end, so will LiBri. EBLIDA would like to thank its members for the contributions to the project. Together with the project consortium, LiBri managed to reach 50 cities in Europe. In each of these cities, the local library, local authority, and relevant NGOs have been successfully working together to co-create strategies for the inclusion of persons with a migration background.
The webpage “Displaced, exiled and migrant persons” will remain active on EBLIDA’s website, and EBLIDA will continue to update it. If you have any resources, tools, or projects you would like to add to this page, please send them to us. We would love to showcase your work!
If you wish to stay in touch with other professionals working on this topic, please join the LiBri Community of Practice group on LinkedIn, where you can share your own initiatives, post, comment, and stay in contact beyond the project’s end.
Once again, EBLIDA thanks its members and network for making projects like LiBri a reality. And although this project is over, ELAN is ongoing, with plenty of activities planned for the second half of the year. We will keep you up to date!
Kind regards,
Inês M. Ferreira
