Zusammenfassung: Nach einem kurzen historischen Rückblick auf das Bezirksmuseum Josefstadt in Wien werden die Herkunft der Bibliotheksbestände und die beengte Raumsituation beschrieben. Abschließend wird auf die Erfassung der Medien mittels der Bibliothekssoftware „Biblioweb“ eingegangen.

Ettl, Maria and Kandler, Manfred and Olensky, Günter: The library of the Museum of Vienna’s eighth district
Abstract: The article describes the Library of the District Museum of Vienna’s 8th district (Josefstadt). It starts with a short historical review of the museum, followed by a description of the constricted spatial setting of the library and the origin of the library’s holdings. The final part deals with cataloguing and the use of „Biblioweb“, a low-cost software product chosen in 2012.
