EBLIDA has launched a Call for Tenders within the European Library Associations Network (ELAN) project for the technical production of two policy-making webinars for libraries.
The selected provider will support the full technical delivery of two professional webinars (60–90 minutes each), including:
- Technical setup and live production
- Recording and editing
- Delivery of final outputs
- English subtitles and accessible formats
- Close collaboration with EBLIDA and expert facilitators
Key dates:
Deadline for proposals: 27 February 2026
Provider selected by: 6 March 2026
Webinars to be delivered by: 23 June 2026
Total budget: €7,000 (VAT included)
This is a great opportunity for professionals and organisations with experience in webinar production, digital events, and online learning, interested in supporting policy-making capacity in the European library sector.
